1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a CoreStack account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

CoreStack provides multi-tenant business software including point-of-sale, inventory management, e-commerce storefronts and related modules. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share account credentials or use the Service to impersonate others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell the Service without written permission.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are as agreed at signup. Invoices are due on the date stated. Non-payment may result in suspension of the Service.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (products, customers, orders, etc.). We process it on your behalf as a data processor. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

8. Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• On termination, your data will be handled per our retention policy in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreStack disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
